Iodine and Fibromyalgia

1. Lightly place fingers tips of both hands on indents above eyes and leave there until you feel a pulse or take a deep cleansing breath.
Then

2. Karate chop left hand little finger side with index and middle finger 3 times, saying “I totally and completely accept myself despite the fact I have fibro or fill in the blank with your choice problem such as pain, fatigue etc.
Say before beginning the tapping process
My body is healthy, my mind is clear, I’m happy and I love myself.
With both hands gently tap 7 times on each point
a. Top of head
b. Above the eyes on forehead
c. Below the eyes on top of cheekbones
d. Alongside the ears
e. Below the nose and above upper lip
f. Below the lower lip
g. At top of sternum (2 bony points at ends of collarbone)
h. On outside of chest wall under arm pit just below bra line in women or nipple level in men

Doing this once daily or more often will help you to move from feeling a sense of helplessness about your state of health.
